Spa Paris Luxury collects the information you submit through our appointment form, including your name, phone number, preferred treatment, requested date/time and message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, manage appointments and improve enquiry tracking.

Advertising and source data

When available, we may record campaign parameters such as UTM values, GCLID, FBCLID, landing page and referrer. This helps us understand whether an enquiry came from Google, Meta or another source.

Technical analytics and device information

For security, reporting and advertising attribution, our website may record IP address, approximate country code when supplied by the hosting network, browser, device type, operating system, screen/viewport size, page URL, referrer and interaction events such as page views, Call, WhatsApp, directions, Google review, gallery, form start/submission/error/abandonment and offer-popup actions. Advertising platforms may also receive events when their tracking IDs are enabled.

How we use and store information

Appointment data may be stored on our secured hosting and sent to our business email. Access is limited to authorised business personnel. We do not sell your personal information.

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information by contacting spaparisluxury@gmail.com. You can also choose to contact us directly by phone instead of using the form.
