Appointment requests

Submitting the website form or sending a message does not automatically confirm an appointment. The appointment is confirmed only after our desk verifies the treatment, time and availability.

Professional conduct

Spa Paris Luxury provides professional wellness and relaxation services only. Inappropriate requests or behaviour are not accepted. We may refuse or stop service where conduct is unsafe, disrespectful or contrary to our policies.

Offers and pricing

Offers are subject to treatment eligibility, appointment slots and the conditions communicated at booking. Prices and offers may change; please confirm them before arrival.

Arrival and cancellation

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be shared during confirmation.
